My #ThoughtOfTheWeek I've spent the past week in Napa, California, at Mastermind Talks - an incredible event organised by Jayson Gaignard that brings together a super impressive people at the top of their game. Spending time with this group has reinforced the notion that you really are the average of the people you spend the most time with, and while I'm lucky to meet amazing people every week through London Real, I could still be doing better. My goal for this year is to help you, as London Realers and London Real Academy members, upgrade your peer group by facilitating interaction with each other so that you're exposed to people that are going to push you to become better in business and as a person, and hold your ACCOUNTABLE to your goals.
