This week I invite my friend and colleague Jules Galloway, naturopath & herbalist onto the show to discuss our journeys in late diagnosis ADHD this past year. We don’t have all the answers. There aren’t protocols we’re sharing or ways of ‘getting rid of the symptoms’ but it’s an exploration of why we both chose to get diagnosed, some of the things we’ve been exploring, thinking and feeling as we’ve looked back at our lives, and where we’ve arrived in places - also admitting there’s still so much to unpack. I will also record a personal show in a couple of weeks with audience questions that have come from Instagram and that will come from the community once you’ve listened to this one.
