Jessie’s latest book, Something Bad Is Going to Happen is her most personal project yet. Jessie taps into her own experiences with mental health to create an incredible fictional story that follows the character of Adella, a woman nearing the end of her late twenties who has found herself in a psychiatric unit, recovering from a mental breakdown. In this conversation, Jessie candidly opens up about her very real and personal battle with anxiety and depression and what happened during pregnancy.
