In my own mind we have a whole lot to talk about. Uh, you may have seen that um the media is now shockingly turning on Donald Trump because Trump is a guy who said, Hey, there's certain news outlets, you're out of the White House. Um ABC News now jumping all over this, uh saying that Trump's media ban is what happens with dictators. Now, I want to play for you post. part of what they had to say uh that uh on the view and it was an interesting conversation because um the view is now doing the exact thing that the view does. The view and and let me let me make my case for you.
I will never be on the view. That shouldn't come as a surprise. Mark Levin will never be on the view. Now, there's a question, and let me let me let me put this in the category so you understand what I mean by this. If the View called and asked me to go on the View, I would probably go because I love fighting uh the left. It's it's my mission field. It's why I do what I do. And if you've ever seen me on TV and I do a lot of TV, you you know that's right. If you've listened to me fill in for for Mark before, you know I love taking our conservative message to places it's not heard very often and articulating in a way that we can all be proud of. I did that for seven years at CNN. I was the the conservative at CNN for seven years.
It was exhausting. And if you ever watch me there, you're it's four against one on most shows, five against one. And I still go over there from time to time. And that's I I enjoy it. I I consider it an honor to not just preach the choir, but to go out and in essence be a missionary for what we believe. I believe in in the conservative movement. Now, there's some that may say it I'm not gonna do the view and and I understand why. There's certain shows that I do that people go, Ben, why do you do that show? And I I explain it the way they just explained it to you. But one of the things that's interesting about what Donald Trump has done, and people are like, oh my gosh, this is what dictators do, this is what tyrants do, right?
Like I I've heard that over and over and over again. And it does make me laugh when I hear that because the Democratic Party uh has been doing this to conservatives, what Donald Trump is now in essence doing for for quite some time. Wow, by the way, they've been in legal. Leadership. Uh I I will go back and I'm gonna play for you in a minute a clip from CNN, uh, where they were advocating for the way they described it, banning Fox News channel from the White House. Now, let's be clear, there's only a few conservative outlets. The mainstream media is controlled, uh, and it's really become state sponsored media of the Democratic Party. They will push any propaganda and any lie, they will ask no questions, no pushback.
Uh We saw this during COVID. There is no such thing as independent journalism in this country at ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, uh all of them. Like there's there's not. But but in general I go back to what I was gonna say about the view a second ago. Uh and One of the things that was interesting about This whole idea that Donald Trump is a tyrant, a dictator, because um he says, I want to get some of you guys out of here.
