[01:20] How Tim Got Started In The Health Space
Tim’s job is to get as healthy as he can.
It’s one thing to get healthy for yourself, but Tim also teaches other people how to get healthy.
Health is all about the right medicine, and the right foods for the right person at the right time.
Tim grew up on the standard American diet.
At age 37, Tim was gaining a few pounds every year. He developed eczema on both of his elbows. He had to stop wearing white shirts because he was bleeding on them.
Plus, Tim had acid reflux 24/7.
Later, during vacation, Tim got appendicitis and had his appendix removed.

Tim’s friend got diagnosed with leukemia. So, Tim went to a Health Institute with his friend and was put on a strict diet. After one day, Tim’s acid reflux was gone.
[13:30] Colon Hydrotherapy Sessions: Are They Helpful or Harmful?
You sit on a tube rectally, and water goes in and out of your colon for about an hour.
The session cleans out your colon.
A healthy person has a pink colon with red blood vessels.
An unhealthy person will have worms crawling around and can be black or brown.
After the hydrotherapy session, Tim lost ten pounds of fecal material.
The record was from someone who dropped twenty-seven pounds out of her colon.
[23:00] How Intermittent Fasting Plays A Role in Tim’s Community
First, you need to remove the fear around intermittent fasting.
When you go to bed, and you’re asleep, then you’re fasting.
Our bodies have been programmed to eat, fast, eat, fast, and so on.
The industry has sold us on breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
When you have a heavy meal, then you stop the body’s natural detoxification process.
Plus, eating too frequently will mess up your blood sugar levels.

[27:10] The First Steps To Take When You’re Ready To Try Fasting
First, take one of your meals and replace it with liquid nourishment.
Make a fresh green juice and flood the body with nutrients.
The juice will help regulate your blood sugar.
If your blood sugar is going goofy, then you can use sprouted nut milk.
Technically, drinking juice is not fasting. However, it’s a steppingstone to start intermittent fasting.
High-quality fatty acids will build muscles like nobody’s business.
Don’t eat until after 11 am.

A three or four-day water fast will reset your immune system.
Your body will start eating up the dead cells during a water fast.
