THE NARADA RADIO COMPANY presents our third live performance of the great Lux Radio Theatre broadcast of IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE, performed on the stage of Port Aransas Community Theatre, Port Aransas Texas, between December 4th and 12th, 2021. Ten voice actors created the town of Bedford Falls, bringing to listeners all of the familiar characters from the film. Live music and a mix of live and pre-recorded sound effects completed the illusion. Audiences were mesmerized by the imagery, and laughed their heads off during the commercials (all mention of Lux was deleted and new spots for a fictitious product were substituted, to great comedic effect), AND they went home satisfied.
