Today, we’re going to focus our attention on all the love that has permeated your life this past year. Because it’s really easy not to. It’s really easy to instead focus on all the frustrations, stresses, and negativity that has happened in our world and in our personal lives. But when we choose to focus on all the love instead, the love grows. And this love is what we use to pave our way into our tomorrow. So breathe yourself into comfort, Finding its rhythm, And letting it slow, You, Down. PAUSE… Imagine yourself sitting on a soft patch of green grass, Inside a light and luscious forest. PAUSE… And one by one, You notice leaves dancing in the gentle wind, Falling down upon you. PAUSE… Each of these leaves represents a moment of love from this past year. So take a look at each of them, And let the flood of memories mark them all. PAUSE… Remember the people who have shown you love. Remember the laughter. Remember the gifts. Remember the conversations. Remember the hugs. Remember the joys. PAUSE… Take a few moments to feel each leaf of love fall upon you now. LONG PAUSE… As you find your breath again, Take a look around, And notice the deep pile of leaves in which you sit. PAUSE… Your life has been full of love this year, my dear. So bow your head, Filled with gratitude, And call all that love into this moment.
