Good morning, beautiful. This week, our theme is look back. My intention in creating these meditations is to give you an opportunity to reflect back on your life this past year. To give you this sacred space to identify the lessons learned, the moments created, and the love that existed within it all. And to honor the growth you’ve had and ultimately, to feel deeply grateful for who you’ve become and where you are now. These meditations are not meant to keep you in the past, but to use it to deepen your presence and to consciously shape your future. Today, we’re going to focus our attention on all the love that has permeated your life this past year. Because it’s really easy not to. It’s really easy to instead focus on all the frustrations, stresses, and negativity that has happened in our world and in our personal lives. But when we choose to focus on all the love instead, the love grows. And this love is what we use to pave our way into our tomorrow.
