The morning air,
Reaches out to you,
Tendrils charged with light,
Bathing you.
Tickling you.
And bringing a smile to your face.

Let yourself swim,
In the joy of the morning,
Backstroke,
Sidestroke,
Freestyle,
So every fold and plane of you,
Feels full of energy.
PAUSE
And with morning’s wondrous embrace,
You allow your mind to downshift,
To release all distracting thoughts,
And to center on you.

Now, imagine the sun,
Rising within you,
An orb like a gilded rose,
Opening to the day–
In its home,
That is you.

And as the sun,
Peaks over your center,
Your horizon,
A spark of gratitude
Flickers within.
PAUSE
The more your internal sun lifts
Above your horizon,
The more you feel
The richness that is your life.
The abundance in all
Facets of your life.

Now, tune into,
This feeling of abundance,
This undeniable sense that,
Right now,
Everything is enough,
And everything is flowing,
In perfection.

Allow that feeling of abundance,
To sink into you,
Filling every crevice of
Your body.

Let it soak into your skin,
And into every molecule,
Lighting them up,
With the same rosy gold sun,
Of the morning.

To settle in you,
Gratitude for the abundance
All around
In all parts of your life.
