In a statement, Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Tsar said there must be a limit. Accusing OCA of slander without providing further details. Tom Fletcher, the UN Under Secretary General for Humanitarian Affairs, told the UN Security Council last week in New York that besides delivering aid to civilians, its job was to witness and report on violations of international humanitarian law.
