Opening statements are scheduled to take place in Las Vegas today in the trial of the man accused of playing a role in the nineteen ninety six murder of Tupac Shakur. Steve Futterman reports.
Prosecutors will accuse Dwayne Davis, a former powerful gang leader, of orchestrating the killing. He will not be accused of pulling the trigger, but rather putting together all the elements that ended with Shakur being shot.
