Utah officials say criminal charges will be formally filed Tuesday against a twenty two year old man suspected of the shooting death of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. Investigators are trying to learn more about Tyler Robinson and Utah Governor Spencer Cox appeared on CNN State of the Union this morning. He said it has been established that Robinson lived with a transgender person.
And I know that has been reported and and uh that the FBI has confirmed that as well, uh, that the roommate was a a romantic partner, uh a a male transitioning to uh to female. I can say that uh that he has been very cooperative. Uh this this partner has been incredibly cooperative, uh had had no im idea that this was happening and uh is working with investigators right now.
