Live from NPR News in Washington, I'm Windsor Johnston. President Trump is preparing to host Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House this morning. The two leaders will discuss a new U.S. proposal that Trump has described as special, aimed at ending the war in Gaza. But as NPR's Emily Fang reports, it's not clear if Israel and Hamas will agree to the terms.
