The attacks have killed at least 66 people since early September. Typhoon Kalmegi has claimed nearly 200 lives in the Philippines and Vietnam, but scores others still missing. As Michael Sullivan reports, the Philippine islands are under a state of emergency days after the storm made landfall there.
