I was approached to do a lecture with him in Poland in 2016. I um lots of things happened. I was very close to going. Um there was another researcher I was going with that I don't think that person
And and I anyway, um I know I gotta uh I gotta tread carefully. Um Max was actually scouting the location for the hotel for us to stay at when he died. In Poland, all right. Um I was sent information privately and anonymously that may or may not have been true. It scared the crap out of me, right? And I have no idea, you know, when you're dealing with conspiracy theorists, there's a lot of paranoia, there's some mental illness here and there. There's I mean, it runs the gamut, right? This is a subculture that previous to twenty twenty was a very small crowd. Okay. And I loved it. I loved it because it was like wild, wild west renegade stuff. And obviously I d I don't know what's real. I really don't. And Yeah, like I said, being involved with this stuff w it felt like I was in way over my head.
And this is back in twenty sixteen, mind you. I had only been blogging for five years, podcasting for two years at this point. So And I'm not gonna be sensational here. I'm gonna present to you on this show stuff that you could find online. You can you can look up all this on your own. It took me quite some time. Um But we're gonna tie it into Black Goo because that's what started this inquiry.
