And you know, I love having different co hosts on because it brings a new element to the show and it makes me think about different things and have conversations with our guests in different ways. So Yeah, so thank you. Uh you know, you kinda filled in at the last minute for us. Fortunately I had laid the groundwork for it because I was on your podcast last week and when we were done talking on the air I said, Hey, would you ever be willing to co host?
I was like, yes, I would be excited to. I just had no clue it would be days later. No,
neither did I. I guess I was pressing and asking you, huh?

I know from talking to you on your show that you like the um shows like this. This is this is the kind of stuff that you're excited about. Which is um kinda the more metaphysical psychic aspect, right?
Oh yeah, the psychic medium, uh metaphysical stuff. Well just like you said, you already said metaphysical. And I I'm really obsessed with this whole channeling, spirit communication, psychic medium stuff. So that we uh we tend to be kind of fans of that in my paranerd world.
Very good. Well, so our guest tonight is Dick Larson. And he is uh has just all sorts of stuff in his bio. We'll read a little of it to you before he right before he comes on the show. It it's I I'm not gonna lie, I I joked when I first talked to you guys tonight, but I kinda feel Like I I'm needed to take a class before I jumped into this whole episode tonight because this is such a it like you said, kind of kinda heavy. But Man, if this doesn't give you plenty to talk about for a whole episode then What
hill? What will. And I dig these kind of episodes. You know, I love all of the stuff we do and I love all of the guests we have, but there are some that I get kind of super excited about and they're the ones that are are the really, you know, the the good woo woo topics. I'm I'm down for a good woo-woo topic.
And and uh Dick has such a huge um background. Like he's got experience in all kinds of different areas. That's interesting too.
Yes. So uh why don't you tell our listeners because they're new to you. about the Big Sands podcast and a little about yourself and also about your nomination.
Oh my gosh. Well, thank you for giving me the opportunity to do that. Uh I am the host of the Big Seance podcast, and my website is bigseance.com. And I kind of got into the paranormal world late. You know, a lot of people uh reference experiences they had growing up as a child and and different haunting experiences. And that wasn't me. Um, really it was less than a decade ago when Um, you know, a lot of people wouldn't admit this. This is really nerdy, but all of the the ghost hunting shows and things like that came out and that hooked me and my uh immediate family was kind of also interested in that all of a sudden. And it was put together with like oh uh I never read before in my entire life. I hated reading.
And all of a sudden, um, someone convinced me to read a few books and that got me hooked.
