We're each going to pick our favorite episode of Paranormal Television and we're going to recap it for you. And so I got to choose first, and um I'm excited to talk about this. I just my disclaimer first of all, I do not watch ghost adventures, but I watched this episode. episode of Ghost Ben Adventures. Um, because we were in all of these places shortly after they filmed this and the innkeeper at the lodge that they were staying, which is the Wolf Creek Lodge in um in southwestern Oregon gave us some scoop. And so I thought it and I thought it would be fun to recap from um that perspective. And also I just found this episode hilarious.

Um it is from season nineteen, episode one. And the reason that I know that it's new Ghost Adventures versus old is because I have watched exactly

is one of them. And I had to, as I was watching it, I had to, I was like, wait, who is that? Who's talking? Who is that? So this is season. Nineteen episode one. It is called Golden Ghost Town. That's the name of the episode. My guess is if you go in Discovery Plus, which is where I watched it,

and you just search Golden Ghost Town Ghost Adventures, it'll pop up for you. All right. So we all have our notes open. And um I will just start kind of talking through. So the very first thing I want I want to say as we talk through this is that I you notice that I actually wrote like the full intro out. And I didn't in the part that I sent to you guys, but I wrote the whole thing out. But it's just so funny because Zach Begins in 19 seasons is no better at narrowing. Yeah. than he was in season one. And so you'll notice in the script that I wrote Zach narrating as Robot Zach because he literally is like, we have worked for years to build our credibility, our reputation for working alongside the most renowned professionals in the field, capturing groundbreaking proof of the paranormal.
This is our dense our ghost adventures. How'd I do? Was that pretty narrative? No,
it's actually better than Zach, so I I have no problem with that.

Yeah, so we have an establishing shot and we are in the tree covered hills of southwestern Oregon. It's actually in Josephine County, uh in southwestern Oregon. I've been down there many times. We travel through there and the the little Chiron, is that what it's called? Chiron? Reads Wolf Creek, Oregon. Um, which is the name of the hotel they stay stayed in, the Wolf Creek Inn, which by the way is not featured in by name in this episode, but it is indeed A haunted hotel. It's a really fun little spooky haunted inn. So there's spooky music playing and a white SUV emerges from the trees driving down the highway. And all of a sudden, by the way, are these shots like just the grainiest?
