Um, hey, before we get started, I just wanted to acknowledge for people who are longtime listeners of Paranormal Underground Radio in particular, we wanted to acknowledge the passing of our good friend and science editor J D Harrison. He Died what about a week and a half, two weeks ago now, Cheryl? Yeah, a couple weeks ago, yeah. Yeah. And so look, we loved JD. He was such a grounding influence on a couple of uh, you know, woo woo chicks like Cheryl and I. And um He he he did a lot of our early podcasts with us. If you uh are interested, go back and listen to some of our back catalog, some of our earliest things were our podcasts when they it was quite a different format, um, because we would have a round table discussion.
were with J D and he he was never a disbeliever, but he used to tell me that I just needed to um not be so open minded that my brains fell out. And then all he would have to tell me when I when he thought I was on a flight of fancy is that my brains were falling out. So you know, sending our love to his his family and his friends and um what a great loss. He was he was a fabulous human being.
He he was and he held and s will always uh hold a special place in um Chad's heart and my heart. He really was a really amazing person, as Karen described, because of how he viewed things and and and how he went about assessing things and and analyzing things, but he was always open to sharing his own experience. experiences but yeah, he he didn't let his brains fall out. No, he didn't let his brain and he had just a sharp and incisive mind. He was just great mind, great thinker and one of the nicest people I've ever known. So

You know, we we sort of w it's always sad when we have to say goodbye to our friends in the pug family and we've had to a few times in the last couple of years, starting with I think Rob Saint Helen was first and then Block Fountain and now J D.

So what do you what do you think about the topic? I mean You know, being a parallel investigator for so long, you know, um, and it's kind of funny if you think about the when I think about the topic itself. It's kind of like the same thing in a way, like I'll explain. So if say I'm out investigating and I'm looking to speak to spirits or entities or ghosts of people who have passed on, it's like their energy always, of course, exists beyond our physical self. So if they move into another plane of existence and wherever they might be and we're able to communicate with them in the said ways we use. It's really kind of the same thing, isn't it? I mean, they've just moved on to another uh a a different area.
So it's like Y you don't see what I'm saying? It's like versus like To me, it's like, well, then I don't think they just go to heaven or hell or something like that. You know, I think there's a m a lot more to it than that. So I think when I'm when I'm doing it I start thinking, Well
