What what kind of cookbook is it this one gonna be?
Um, so this one is uh I've written two of 'em before, but this is another it's a low fodd map cookbook. It's for people who have um Irritable bowel syndrome. It's to calm down their intestines.
Oh, well I guess everybody needs a cookbook, right? I mean for everybody
Everybody and it's a really it's a pretty restrictive diet, so for people who are on the diet, it you know, they want tasty food.
Okay, that's cool. That's awesome. Well I have the uh I have the uh meta the meta physical fit fest in Yorkville here next uh Saturday, July twenty third. It's I think from eight uh from noon to eight PM. They're gonna have like, you know, a meditation and yoga and crystal bowls and drum circles and all that kind of stuff. So they were gracious enough to ask me to host it for the day. So uh if anybody's in lives in the area of Yorkville, Illinois Please come visit us because it's gonna be a lot of fun. It it it gets a lot of people there. Uh there's there's like three different there's two sections of stuff going at the same time, and then they have the main pavilion where they have entertainment and, you know, bands and stuff going on there.
So it's it's a constant all day. So it's gonna be fun. It was kinda nice that they asked me so long.
It would be a lot of fun. Yeah. Gosh. That sounds enjoyable. Wish I lived closer.
