Yeah. And speaking of Nicole and Allie, we have two wonderful guests we will be talking to today. And they are Nicole Strickland and Allie Schreiber. And they are paranormal investigators from the San Diego Paranormal Research Society, also known as SDPRS. And I just want to tell you real quick about SDPRS before I introduce Nicole and Allie. SDPRS is a nonprofit paranormal investigation team based in San Diego, California. And during today's interview, we'll be discussing some interesting evidence that Nicole and Allie have captured, including from the haunted Queen Mary in Long Beach, California, and the Rancho Buena Vista Adobe in San Diego, California. And also, I know the team gives tours there at Rancho Buena Vista Adobe.

excited. I have to, I know I told Cheryl she was going to take the lead, but heck with that, right? No, I just, because she told me something off the air that I was not aware of. And Nicole, I know of your love for the Queen Mary. Cheryl tells me it's sinking into the ocean.
That is so not true. Oh my gosh. Okay. Let's make
this the topic of the show. No. Oh my goodness. No, no, no, no, no. There's so, there's a lot of people that just want to, you know, say negative things about the ship and they're pointing out every little crack or part that's, you know, kind of decrepit. But I just want people to know that, um, the city of long beach and, and urban commons, um, who is now on board to help with the renovation and restoration, they are creating plans, not only renovation plans for the ship, something like I think $23, $24 million is going into renovating the ship, but there's also plans, something like $250 million to make the area around the ship more attractive for tourists. So shops will go in, a hotel will, a boardwalk, things like that.
The ship where it is now, there's rocks around it, but they're going to turn that into, I think, a proposed walkway.
