Well, I think I'm pretty good. I've been a little busy this week. I've been um up to my eyeballs. I'm writing a nutrition book for my publisher and so I've been up to my eyeballs in that and now I'm um doing twenty two pages of citations, which I did right up until the music shut off, as you saw on the camera. So I'm on page four of twenty two pages of citations for this book. But see, if I'm citing the book, you know what that means, right? It's done.
