On today's part in my take presented by DraftKings, we've got a World Cup champion and the game might have set soccer back in this country a few years. We're going to talk about that. We have an open champion as well. Ryan Fox probably don't. Huh? Huh? Foxy. Huh? We're going to talk about that. Also, we had a vintage Bryson performance over the weekend. We're going to do who's back of the week. We have the Mount Rushmore of animals you'd like to get drunk with. And we've got a great interview with Tennessee Titans head coach Robert Sala. Awesome time with him. Great dude. Talking about second chances, what he's going to do with the Titans, a little Jets talk. Memes gets a question in. Memes actually was very respectful.

And it's all brought to you by our friends at Chevy. Summer's in full swing. That means no schedules, no plans, just more of the good stuff. Chevy Silverado makes that possible. There's a reason Chevy's called the heartbeat of America, and the Silverado keeps that heartbeat strong. These trucks work hard so you can chill harder. Whether that's getting out of town, heading to the lake, or just not turning around when you probably should, it's got the capability, the space, and the muscle. Everything you need for a proper summer. Coolers, gear, whatever your version of chill looks like. Because at the end of the day, Silverado helps you tackle more of what you love. And let's be honest, you've earned this summer.

Now it's time to go get it. So roll the windows down, turn the music up, and just listen. That's the heartbeat of America.

Welcome to part of my take presented by DraftKings. The crown is yours. Today is Monday, July 20, and Spain is the World Cup champion. España. Congratulations to España. Incredible job suffocating the life out of Argentina here. Listen, I'm going to be the bigger man here. I love Messi. I wanted Argentina to win. Spain was a better team. Far, far and away. Maybe it was something to do with the fact that Argentina didn't get a shot on goal until, like, the 119th minute.

That could have been part of it. Argentina's game plan was, let's see if we can't just foul the shit out of them every single time they touch the ball because they can't call all of them. They can't give us all red cards. And it worked for a while until it didn't. But so they did a good job with our game plan, which is pretty much just just make them really pissed off. Try not to concede because Spain's goal is going to be they're going to try to dribble the ball into the goal.
Big Cat 3:33
i was just saying you just compress in your own third and you play tough defense and you foul the fuck out of them and you take them to penalty kicks you've got a great chance against see i yeah like i don't even think it was argentina's like game plan it was just spain played the game that they've played every single game for this world cup they gave up how many goals you think spain gave up in the entire world cup seven games uh no or eight games one one they give up one they are so they're a boa constrictor they just lull you to death slowly slowly just keep the ball every time they give up the ball they they press and they crowd the passing lanes they can't let you have possession it felt like watching that game and i know that at the end there were actually only 10 guys on the field for argentina but it felt like for the majority of that game that spain had a couple extra guys because every time argentina got the ball it was like well they have nowhere to go and that's how good spain's defense was
