Single family up to four unit properties and the tenant base are pretty stable. It's not a more volatile market, like you're looking at major markets, like New York or Los Angeles. There's just a really high demand for a good rental product in the Quad Cities right now, considering that a lot of smaller operators don't take good care of the properties they handle.
