Today is the primary for the Democratic and Republican Party in Michigan. Republicans, not much of a race. The Democrat primary far and away right now, the front runner is Abdul Al-Sayed.
His real name is Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al-Sayed, born in Rochester Hills, Michigan. That's how long the Muslim takeover has been brewing in America. His parents came here from Egypt. He's not technically a member of the DSA, the Democratic Socialists of America. He's not a member of it, but he has articulated every policy that DSA has articulated, from free Medicare for all to abolish the police. DSA loves him. He's the DSA guy. He's DSA. distancing himself a little bit from them, just enough to be more palatable, which we'll get to in a minute, and for presidential aspirations. But he is a third world Marxist.

So Democrats have a now this is a good chance for Republicans to pick up a seat. So in the Senate, this is a huge race. So the Republican leaders, they think it's better if Saeed wins the Democratic primary.

Maybe for every Republican or soft Republican voter that Al-Said brings out to vote in the general, I bet it brings out more Muslims. So for every reluctant Republican voter who may be like, I don't want that Muslim guy to win, there'll probably be three actual Muslims who will go and vote for him that wouldn't have otherwise voted. It said that there are 200,000 Muslims in Michigan over the age of 18.
I'm sure it's more than that. Trump won Michigan in 2024 by 80,000 votes. So ever since Mamdani won, I've realized that it is not wise to... I don't want to mess with them. They're serious. And they've been winning elections. And Al-Said is a great candidate for the left to use. He's a great Trojan horse-like candidate because he's Americanized enough. In high school, he played lacrosse and wrestling and football. He was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford. He's sharp. He's palatable enough for useful idiots in Michigan to embrace him. as not like this crazy imam, but he might as well. I believe the voters in Michigan need to treat his candidacy as the threat that it is, and the voters in Michigan need to respond accordingly by getting out other people to vote against him in the general.
Now, when we beat him in November, as I hope we do, this guy wants to be president more than anything. So who knows what the field's going to look like in 2028 for the Democrats. If no real candidate jumps to the front, like Kamala, I don't know, then he won't run in 2028. But if there's room for him in 2032, he'll take it, right? Or he'll try. He's not going anywhere. This is not the last we're going to hear of Al-Saeed, is what I'm saying.
