(00:00-24:14) – Query & Company opens on a Tuesday with Jake Query and Jimmy Cook discussing the impact Nick Chubb’s injury has on Jonathan Taylor. They also dive into the lawsuit that the NFL is filing against the NFLPA regarding running backs faking injuries to hurt their team. (24:15-41:45) – Over the weekend, the Pacers announced that Buddy Hield was changing his number from 24 to 7. Jermaine O’Neal was unhappy regarding the switch because he feels like his number should be retired along with how the Pacers don’t honor enough players. This leads to a conversation where Jake reveals some of the Pacer players that should have their jersey retired. (41:46-45:39) – Jake and Jimmy wrap up the first hour with Jake revealing his pirate voice and who the third Pacer player that deserves their number retired in his eyes. They start debating if Deshaun Watson has lost it as a top ten quarterback. Additionally, they discuss the struggles of the Cincinnati Bengals. (1:27:46-1:32:36) – The one o’clock hour concludes with Jake talking like a pirate with it being International Talk Lile a Pirate Day. (1:32:37-1:59:03) – The Dean, Mike Chappell, of CBS4 and FOX59 joins Query and Company to provide an update on the status of Anthony Richardson and Ryan Kelly in the concussion protocol, reveals whether he would play Richardson if he clears concussion protocol ahead of the Baltimore game on Sunday, how far off is Shaq Leonard from returning to full speed, and how fans fail to realize how much of a steal the contracts of Zaire Franklin and E.J. Speed are. (1:59:04-2:11:11) – Jake starts the segment talking about Amsterdam, but somehow the topics of Jimmy already purchasing the new iPhone and Eddie not knowing where Washington, Indiana is, considering his grandparents are from there, occur.
