You know, we don't see him much in the locker room pregame. especially us they go to the box we go to the box early so you don't see him address the team necessarily before but when he steps on the field there's a certain look in his eyes it's kind of like all right and you get excited because we get excited on our side because we have been like that's part of the process of why do you think you're going to we have been like that's a big part of it and you just kind of see it in the way he operates and you stay out of his way and let him do his thing and communicate when he asks you to communicate
