It was a hell of a series. Like what the Cubs did, taking three out of four from the Cardinals, absolutely ideal back-to-back extra innings, wins. I mean, the first two games in particular, to me, that's the template for the Cubs, where on Monday you had the 7-3 win, you had the four hit days for both Alex Bregman and And Nico Horner. By the way, Bregman has been ridiculously hot. We might be starting to see the Alex Bregman that was signed here to the Cubs for the next five years and $175 million. 10 for 18 with six doubles. You know, I've got to tell you, I get so excited coming to Wrigley Field. There are two places that I don't mind interleague. Dodger Stadium in here, and I've got to tell you, because I grew up in Boston, where there was no National League. They didn't even have a scoreboard, so we didn't care. And when we first went here, I was so excited. I was with, God bless him, Bobby Mercer. And he took me out to the Ivy, and I was like five years old. And every time I come here, I just say to myself, I'm in Wrigley Field. This is just amazing. So, of course, I'm early. I've been here since 930.

How excited are you to be able to stay in Chicago just a week straight and have the weather that you've had since you've been here?

Well, this weekend I guess is a little iffy, but this is just awesome. A week in Chicago. Where else could you be? I love this town. I'm a little excited. I love Chicago. And I always think it's like New York, but Midwestern and clean. You can eat off the streets. There's no garbage. Well, where we are. Maybe. I mean, I still would avoid it if you can. No, I don't do it.
