And then it started snowing later, right? It started snowing after the game ended. After the game, yes, while we were doing the podcast.
It was like a lighter snow, right?
Yeah, I'm sitting there, and I'm in one of the suites recording the podcast, and I'm looking over the empty field with the lights still on and some workers. It was very romantic, the whole scene. And, I mean, shockingly enough, Andrew Billings gets banged up in the game, and the Bears' run defense was still able to feel more formidable, to be more shored up, because guys were just attacking blocks in a different way.
You know, you're either feeling pressure or you're applying it. And in the first half, the Green Bay offense was the one applying the pressure. The Bears' defense was on its heels. And so a couple of well-timed
blitzes and just having more bodies moving forward at the snap and at times the speed of demarco jackson seemed to show up and so i think that the bears defense just being on the move just playing as the aggressor that enhances the impact the blitz can have but even in situations where the bears didn't blitz there were just more hats around the football as the bears go back and evaluate and i'm sure they have by now evaluate the defensive film of half number two versus half number one
You're just going to see, you can feel the Bears' activity on defense in a different way in the second half. Part of that is, yes, they were called into more aggression schematically, but also, it just struck me, the players seemed to make a decision that we are going to get our hats to the rock. And yeah, maybe there's going to be times where we get outflanked, but there wasn't as much

He was running towards the goal line.
There was one man in his way. His name was Keyshawn Nixon. He said, let me go ahead and olay this and make a business decision. And he got right up out the way. And that is why Keyshawn Nixon cannot be taken seriously from this point going forward. I agree with that. And I do understand the spirit of this question. Was the talking all that trash the Packers' biggest mistake?
I love the trash talking. I don't even like putting it out in the atmosphere that they shouldn't be doing the trash talking. Because I think it is... an essential part of, we're going to call this, the best rivalry in sports, which we often utter here. The trash-talking is a must. It's come from the Bears' side a lot.
Jaquan Brisker famously trash-talking after a bad loss to the Packers two years ago. Keep that same energy, Jaquan! Keep it! Right, so it's not always going to look good. It's going to backfire on you from time to time. So you know what? I will say no to that.
That was not their biggest mistake this week because I would like to continue to encourage this sort of talk, this sort of repartee between the two franchises. Witty banter, if you will.
