How are you adjusting, Tiago? Great. I mean, I just got here two weeks ago. We've been working a lot. I mean, me and Bryson, you know, with the draft, with free agency coming, so putting the staff together, so a lot of work so far.
So I think like a lot of people following the Bulls, following the rebuild, everything else, I was watching the draft, the start of the draft, and I felt like I was, you know, boiling water, tearing up sheets. I was going to deliver this thing no matter what happened. And I was nervous every single pick that was made because I really thought Caleb Wilson was the guy. He expressed the desire to come here. You guys expressed an interest in him, the SLAP acronym, all of that stuff. Were you nervous waiting for it to happen? You were shooting buckets at the Advocate Center. You didn't seem like you were too nervous, but how close did that get? How did your heart respond? How big a moment was it? It was a big moment for us and the organization.
I don't want to say nervous, but we were hopeful. We kind of had some insight that it was probably going to be between both one of Cam and Caleb. And we were just fortunate enough that it landed on the guy that we wanted. I mean, you're in no control during that process, whatever. But, yeah, definitely exciting. A little nerves, but glad it turned out that way.

Yes, we we did, you know, have, you know, a conversation yesterday. you know, with him during the draft and during the interview process. And he said, man, I would love to be here in Chicago. Like I would love, but he knows that he's not in control of that, you know, and we're not either, you know, to, to a large degree. So, so yeah, I mean, yeah, it worked out for him. It worked out for us, but the kid is just, he's just, he's just phenomenal, man.
We can't wait to get to work with him.
