Well, I think any time you have some power in your lineup you're usually in the game, especially if uh your pitching can keep it close enough long enough and that's uh what the Sox have been doing this year. I mean they find themselves six over five hundred. Um, they're sitting three and a half games ahead of the Guardians. Uh, the Guardians play the Angels, which is uh which is not the toughest team for them to face, but at least they're on the road and We have Texas coming to town and this is a a big one for Texas because along with Houston They're fighting for a division championship, so they're going to be grinding certainly, so it should be an entertaining three game series.

Well certainly FEDI's been a godsend for this rotation which is stretched very thin. Uh the last two times out for openers worked out pretty well for the Sox. Uh Uh, you'd have to say that the opener forcing the starting pitcher not to face the best hitters for a third time uh works out very well. But uh you know, you're at the point now of this season Uh where You've got thirty two games left. And every game is a big game and I think Will has done a good job with trying to keep that bullpen as healthy as possible because That's something that the casual fan doesn't really uh quantify and that is how many times has this particular pitcher gotten up in the bullpen to warm up? Even if he doesn't get in the game, sometimes you have to give him a game of rest because he's been up two or three times in the last three games.

And so when that happens, you've got to have a real good handle on that bullpen and I think Will has done a very good job of trying to keep everybody as healthy as possible out of that pen and it's been the pen, by and large, that have kept the Sox in a whole lot of games. So uh that allows the offense to come through and hit the long ball and win a couple of dramatic wins.
