So when we see that AI is going to kill us in 10 years, who knows how? Well I can look at the end of scripture, which also tells me what the end of time looks like, and say, well, that's not what the God of the universe says. That's not how he says things are going to end. It's the same thing when people fearmonger about climate change, that climate change is going to end the world.
But when we see God's promise to Noah that there is going to continue to be a season change until God wills that to stop, until the end of time that we read about in Revelation, I say, you know what? It's not that I don't think that we should steward. the world well because we should. We are stewards, we are caretakers of God's creation. But I'm not going to get paranoid about that. I'm certainly not going to stop having kids because of that. I'm not going to stop carrying out my responsibilities. I'm not going to lose hope. I'm not going to be fearful because of that. And even if it were true, which it's not, that AI is going to wipe out humanity, there's nothing I can do about it, y'all. And so we might as well just do the next right thing in faith with excellence and for the glory of God, because there is a creator, a judge of all of humanity.

Whose eternal plan of redemption cannot be thwarted. It can't be interrupted.
