In this episode of the Rox Lyfe podcast, I got to chat with Pelayo Menendez (@pelayofelechosa) Pelayo has only been racing in HYROX for a year but in that time has come a long way… In his first Pro race he had a 10 mins sled pull, and a 7 mins wall balls, and finished in 70mins, but in the most recent Major race in Vienna he finished second in a time of 56:59, qualifying him for the Elite race at the 2024 World Championships. He also holds the Men’s Open doubles WR (in a time of 48:36) and is part of the Men’s relay WR holding team too.
