In this week’s episode of the Rox Lyfe podcast I get to speak with the incredible Brent Fikowski. At the most recent CrossFit Games, Brent finished in 4th spot. That was his 8th appearance at the Games, and he’s podiumed in 2 of those. He is a truly elite level athlete who has performed at the highest level for numerous years. Brent was GREAT to speak with – he’s a very intelligent, thoughtful and interesting guy.
