On today’s episode I have Sally Obermeder. Sally is the Co-founder of SWIISH, a wellness brand that launched in 2012, a best selling author with her book Green Smoothies still sitting at the top of its category, a TV presenter, an ex pilates teacher, and a mother of 2. Sally has one heck of a story. The day before her first daughter was born, she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer, and it was a rare form of cancer. I was lucky enough to hear Sally speak at a Body By Berner event a few months ago, her journey and strength inspired me and every woman sitting in that room. I really honoured to have her joining me on the mic today and I can’t wait for your all to learn from her strength. She truely shows the power of the human spirit.
