What exactly even is comfort? I think is probably a good starting point because I think initially one might think it's quite obvious what could be considered the essence of comfort or what one might mean when they say something is comfortable. Immediately, one's mind might drift to a cozy blanket, a warm bath, a perhaps luxurious sofa. All of these, of course, being examples of that indulgent kind of physical comfort.

What is the new Sleepy History show and what kinds of stories does it feature?

You might even rope into that perhaps a massage, although that may drift into something that is more relaxing and replenishing than comfortable. and perhaps that is an important distinction that we can draw immediately and that is to say that things that are relaxing are not necessarily comfortable and if we are drawing a distinction between a massage and say a warm cozy blanket and being nicely ensconced in your bed then perhaps the distinction is that there is something that is good for you about a massage that is perhaps not so good for you about being comfortable in your bed and that it of course isn't to say that relaxing at bedtime or even during the day or of a lazy morning just Hanging out and feeling like you're in a lovely protected cocoon isn't good for you and isn't sometimes replenishing for you.

but I think it can be argued more readily that, perhaps, there is something that can sometimes be bad for you about feeling too comfortable. You can perhaps go too far with feeling comfortable, and you may have some empathy or some some relation to this feeling perhaps if you've ever spent a little bit too long in the morning relaxing in bed and perhaps it gets a little bit too close to the afternoon and you begin to have this sort of sticky stodgy feeling where you have been over reclined you have been too comfortable for too long because of course it is important for our well-being to sometimes go outside of what is comfortable
