I'm very well, thank you. All good here. The sun is shining and Monday after a long, long week at Wenworth, it's nice to have a little bit of a rest. I was just trying to work out do you know how many holes you walked in total last week, Wally? Uh well I played for t I played two weeks and then last then I was in Ireland which was a brute of a week and then I walked on course again. I did probably twenty seven, eighteen, eighteen. Maths not much strong points, so loads, loads. It was so busy I can't tell ya. It's just dealing with all the getting in and out of the ropes and in the bushes 'cause you people just think oh it's only eighteen holes, but you're actually watching three balls. You've got to go and see all three lights.

Yeah, well you're getting your steps and absolutely. And look, it was a belter of a BMW PGA championship. A tournament and a course which just always deliver. Star studded leaderboard, major champions, rider cup winners everywhere you looked. And I think at one point during the final round, eighteen players were within a shot of the lead. After it all Wally, JJ Spawn emerged victorious. He was very impressive.
Patience was the word he used when he I interviewed him on Friday afternoon, I think it was patience, and it came up again, I think, in his winners interview. It might have even come up on Saturday night, and he he just seemed calm, he was on a mission, he wanted to prove some people wrong. It was it was an interesting week because, like you say, the leaderboard was incredible. I'd never seen so many people with such a chance and a and a realistic chance. It wasn't like they had to do anything really special. They just had to play the back six or seven in four or five under, which often is the case Sunday at Wentworth because of all the par fives. So, but yeah, he was uh it was interesting to watch him because he he clearly, you know, he he's a major champion, but there was just something about
He was on a mission. There's no question about it. And and uh yeah, patience for me was his thing. That was his superpower, I think.
Yeah, he bogeyed his first toll in the final round, but then didn't put a foot wrong after that. Played the next seventeen bogey free and in six under. He didn't actually the birdie the twelfth of the seventeenth either, two of the par fives in the back nine, but a three birdie blitz, fourteen, fifteen, and sixteen, and birdieing fifteen is some birdie. That put him in front, closed it out with a comfy two put birdie on eighteen. He he kind of crept up on me, as you said, Woolley, like there were so many people you're thinking, he's got a great chance, he's got a great chance. He's got a great chance. And then he just came up on the sort of up on the rails and there he was, lo and behold.
I I I thought Ryan Fox was probably gonna run run away with it. You know, he was he was flying and then all of a sudden he just he I think he struggled round uh twelve thirteen, he went away. 'Cause there was obviously a few that were gonna challenge, but you didn't really think they were gonna get there.
