Hey everybody, this is Carrie Clark and you are listening to the Speech and Language Kids Podcast, episode number thirteen. This is the podcast with activities and resources for families of children with speech and language delays and disorders, as well as the professionals who help them. Today I'm going to give you a step-by-step guide to teaching your child to answer a variety of questions. And in the quick tip, I'll tell you where you can find games that you can download and print to target answering questions with your child. So thank you to you guys who who went ahead and did that th last week. Thank you so much. Another uh news and update for you. My new ebook is coming out soonish. It should be released at the beginning of December if all goes according to plan. I've been getting a lot of feedback from my readers and my listeners about what kinds of things you guys would like in an ebook so I can give you guys some good resources. And what I've come up with is it's going to be a s a book of step-by-step guides that are going to teach you exactly how to implement different speech and language skills or exactly how to teach them. So like today we're going to go over answering questions. That's all going to be in the ebook.
So it's going to have a step-by-step guide, how to take data on it, when to move on to the next step. And then there's also going to be worksheets, visual aids, videos, uh video demonstrations of the skills. There's going to be all kinds of stuff cramped into this one ebook. I'm writing it right now and it is currently I think two hundred and ninety pages. I just had to buy more RAM to put in my computer so that I could actually open the ebook because it is massive. So get excited. It's coming out. Also, I'm going to be putting up the sales page for that this week. And I'm gonna hopefully have that up by the end of today, but I'm I'm doing the podcast first. So um by the time you hear this, it should be up.
