Hey everybody, this is Carrie Clark, and you are listening to episode number nine of the Speech and Language Kids Podcast. This is the podcast with activities and resources for families of children with speech and language delays and disorders. Today I'm going to be giving you a step-by-step guide to getting your child to understand and follow directions. And in the quick tip, I will tell you about a Facebook group where you can connect with me and fellow parents and professionals who work with children with speech and language delays. First I'd like to start off with some news and updates. I have some very exciting news about my store. For those of you who don't know, I do have a store attached to my website and I have products in there that are file file folder games and cards that you can download, print out at home, and uh use with your child to work on different speech and language skills.
Each of the products has instructions on it on how you can use it for different speech and language skills, so uh they're definitely worth checking out. And now they are free. I have just updated the store so that everything on there has the option of being free. When you go into checkout, it'll ask you how much you would like to pay for each item. It does have a recommended uh price that would just be if you've got the money, um that's typically what I would sell it for. Uh but they she just wanted to share with me how uh going gluten free and casein free help someone in their family with autism and so she wanted to Uh make sure that people knew that they were out there and and give support to those families that are trying to do that same kind of thing. So uh I headed over to their website and they have tons of recipes on there. Uh for those of you that don't know, they actually sell bread mixes and baked goods in um grocery stores. I know we have them in our high V if you guys have those.
Um any food that has or any store that has like a health food section I think should probably have those. in there. Um but they have recipes on their website where you can take her bread mixes and make different recipes with them. And I love their bread mixes. They're really good.
