Excellent. Fris. Um I would like to sort of start with the personal context and how you ended up in this fascinating intersection. You you you're breaching institutional hospitality. With alternative accommodations which historically evolved outside of the traditional hotel system, and how did your journey bring you into this role?
Chris Stephenson 3:45
Happy to give you a bit of background. So my my whole career's been in kind of product and service development and innovation. Actually kind of studied quantum qual consumer research, the kind of customers, product, and innovation have always been at the heart of what I've been passionate about. And I joined Marriott um eleven years ago now, uh time flies. And I joined in Marriott's global operations innovation team. So that team was really Sort of the link between the brand team and the hotels. And the purpose of the team was to bring ideas to life. Um, so I worked on a few things from the launch of um the Moxie Hotel brand, um, to Marriott's guest room entertainment platform, the rollout of our global CRM system, um, and a few other really interesting projects that kind of um really helped me um get immersed in the hotel space because before that I worked for um for retail for
