So I'm sure we can cover quite a few things, coming back with some ideas and thoughts of the conversations she was just had at VRMA executive. Fantastic. Julie, you've done exceptionally well. You're one of the very few guests I had on the episode who didn't give me three sentence long answers. So that was pretty impressive. That shows clearly in which uh market or which industry you're in and what you need to focus on. That's been brilliant. So before we move on in some of the uh tactical and and strategic conversation, we would love to learn a little bit more about you, Julie. Um, you've been around the space for quite a while. We see you at conferences. You're always super busy. Um, but at the end of the day we want to put a little bit more to the face of of Julie as well. How did you originally end up? in this crazy industry.
Yeah, wild industry that I really was super unaware of. Um, so I prior to my joining Bian, I had obviously been a guest of short term rentals, but never really understood the magnitude and depth of of the industry in and of itself. Um my background, so I'm, you know, I've spent a couple decades working um after college, um, was in the technology, most recently in the technology space, focusing on vertical software.
