No, I know you've been wanting your own surrounded episode for a while now, and your episode It got pretty spicy. So yeah. So how was it like finally getting that opportunity?
Um, you know, it's one of those things where it's just it's very interesting to say. I mean, there's there's no way to really describe it. Being going from being one of the people that sits in the chair to now you're the one that is, you know, surrounded. It's it's it's its own it felt it f to me, it felt like playing in the NBA finals a little bit. Uh you know, for for for political purposes, right? It felt like playing in the NBA Finals because everybody knows who surrounded is. You know, you look at the pantheon of people that had been on the show, you look at Charlie Kirk, you look at Candace Owens, you look at Amanda Seals even, um, you look at Piers Morgan. To join that list of people that have done something and have defended their ideas uh, you know, from twenty people that all disagree with 'em.
Uh it's it's the it's to you know, in our in our profession as a content creator, as a political content creator, it to me is the it is the it's the equivalent of playing in the finals. And I felt like You know, it was fun. It was enjoyable. Uh, there were some hilarious moments in my head where I had to keep my cool, but it was I I enjoyed every second of it. I'm not gonna lie. It was fun.
I mean for me it was very, very entertaining to watch. So I appreciate you being a good sport. Um, but let's rewind though. For viewers who don't know you, can you give us a little bit about your background and how you got into political debates?
Yeah, believe it or not, um, for those of you that don't know me, I've I've actually started uh talking about relationships, religion, and politics on Clubhouse back in twenty twenty. Uh went viral with Amber Rose a couple of times going back and forth arguing about religion actually, and that exploded into uh TikTok where I made a vi a viral video. I said that Kamala Harris was a political panda bear, and I was telling black Americans that we all need to wake up and not just be so beholden to the left or to the right. Right. Uh and that video got like one point six million views. And then my oldest sister actually gets the credit for me uh joining the Jubilee circle to begin with because uh she saw that the casting call was out for uh conservatives to surround one liberal.
That liberal happened to end up being Amanda Seals. And so that was what really propelled me in into it. But I've always been involved in Um, you know, studying politics, debating it. Um, you know, as I said in the episode, I you know, I'm intend to run for office at some point. Uh but that's you know, in in is as much of a nutshell as I can give you, that's how I got started. Just always been running my mouth ever since I was a kid. So
