And you, mate. Good to be back. And yeah, back here at home, not in Spa. I guess I'll leave it to other people to decide whether that would have been a luxurious destination or not.
Well, I guess spa is one of those where you can, I would love to camp spa. I'm not a camper, like by any stretch. Typically, I like my home comforts, but I'd love to give it a go. Have you ever been able to indulge in that at all, Cal?
No, mate. I'm not going to lie. I am definitely not a camper.
No, I completely agree. But anyway, for Spa, which of course we are not going to have on the calendar next year, it is returning in 2028. It's going to become one of those on again, off again venues. So there was a hint of sadness with this weekend for me, mate. Not going to lie, it is an iconic venue. I've said this before, I'll say it again. It's not amazing for F1, but that for me is the fault of the formula, not of the track.
As a racetrack, Spa's always been great. And I've had ups and downs there. I've had great races. I've had absolute shockers. It's one of those that will always provide something.
And of course, Cal, as team personnel behind the scenes in the garage, when you are... going to Belgium for this race weekend is this one that everyone's excited for is this one that has any particular challenges like the pit lane looks pretty established but I'm just wondering if there's anything that we wouldn't see as fans from the outside looking in that are particular hurdles you have to to conquer as team personnel
I think the biggest one is the one that we talk about in Spa in general, which is the weather, right? It's one of those races where you've really got to be ready and get pit stops right. And I guess we'll talk about some of today's pit stops. But yeah, it's one of those tracks where really you just have to be on top of it and ready for a late pit stop call and stuff like that. They're not the biggest garages. They're not the smallest either. As a circuit, it's quite a nice place to be, you know, in the middle of the forest, right? It's got fresh air, but yeah, it's one of those spots. I think I always get to this point in the season and actually all I can think about is the August break. We're so close now and a lot of the personnel in the paddock, they'll be thinking, right, let's get to that August break.

Already in half-term mode. Love it. And also, of course, this is the longest track in terms of fewest number of laps, only 44 laps. So getting the pit stops right is more important than ever because you've got to wait a hell of a long time for another shot.
Yeah, especially, you know, for the strategy teams up and down. And, you know, shout out to the team today because they did a great job with Isak coming from the back of the grid. But yeah, if you miss an opportunity to pit, it's a long way around. And then especially with the weather, if there's a bit of weather on the horizon and you decide to go by one more time, it can really bite you if the rain comes down in a hurry. So yes, very important for strategy. You've got less laps, but obviously a longer way to go in between coming past the pit lane.
Indeed. Obviously, you can get different weather, different parts of the track. We didn't get any rain on Sunday, which was a bit of a shame. But before we get into the details of Sunday, let's start talking about Saturday, Cal.
