So I am expecting that Bryce Johnson will be the one that just gets sent down. That'd just be a one-for-one. Jace Bowen's someone that they're going to use more. Bryce Johnson, while I like him, he's just sitting there and not playing.
Where Jace Bowen, he has some power potential. And if Jackson Merrill's struggling and needs a day, you can put him in there. If you don't want to play Ramon Laureano, you can put Jace Bowen out there. I assume he can play left. And you just see what happens. Like, can it go worse than how it's going? You know, Ramon Laureano, was it earlier? I think it was earlier in the series. The guy, you know, is trying to steal second base and then he stops. And then gets thrown out because he's trying to go back to first base. I don't know what he was doing there. Just hasn't been the same Ramon Laureano. He has an OPS plus that's 14% below league average. He's hitting 203. His OPS is 660. So, you know, for me, it's like, why not try Jace Bowen?
Like, if it's going to be worse, then I mean, are we going to notice it? If it is worse, are we really going to notice it based on how it's been? I know it's El Paso, but he's got a 962 OPS there this year.
