Uh I would expect it to be multiple, but we know he's at least gonna do one. So This is someone that could return maybe earlier than what I think a lot of people expected. From his injury, so The Padres could see before, you know, dealing for him, let's say, or making their offer. See how he looks. Is he actually healthy? Um he had loose bodies removed from his elbow. So The time frame we thought was months and months and months. Beginning of May is when he underwent that surgery. And so it may not be months and months and months. It may just be a month and a half. It may just be You know, a couple of months instead of three. Um, would I want Tarek Scoobyl? Like of of course I would be excited if the Padres got Terrick Scooby.
Um if you look at Sandy Alcantara, Freddie Peralta, they've had some good outings, but then they've had some trash outings where they give up eight earn runs and Ten hits and three home runs in and out it. Well, that was one of Sandy's outings. A couple of home runs in Freddy's last outing. He went seven innings though, so I'm seeing six, seven innings from these guys. Sandy as well. Um seeing some six inning outings. So there's talent there, like we know. You know their name. If you're a baseball fan, you follow the game, you know both of those guys' names. I feel like the Padres have been linked to Sandy Alcantara for years and years and years now. The Marlins still have not traded him.
