They're playing 'em at a time where they're the worst team in the league. Because I I don't need to look. There's no way that another team has lost ten games in a row. Right now. Um so Really my feeling it's not like this And this is probably like the same with a lot of people in this fan base. It's not like super excited about this one. It's more of like, all right, we can relax. Hey. They won this first game. Great. Now let's go win tomorrow. Let's go win the next day. This team is not. A good team. Let I'm not saying the Padres are. They haven't proved that they are right now.

Uh there was some mis uh mislocation there from those Marlins pitchers. Uh one of 'em wanted a pitch to be up and out of the zone. It ended up being pretty middle, like middle in, I think, on Manny. Um, so really like capitalizing on those mistakes. And then Ren HIFO there. On that home run. Just uh Whiffle ball almost pitch. that just was grooved by Zuber, whatever you say his name, sweeper just right into the zone.
And Renjifa was not fooled at all. He was totally expecting it to come, to move right into the zone. And he smacked it. And it's such a long season in Major League Baseball that this stuff happens. To make the postseason, it takes everyone and more. In spring training you weren't thinking that the Padres were gonna have Luis Luis Renhifel be a reason why they won a baseball game this year. And if they go make the playoffs by one or two games Well Luis Rangifa was a big part in why the Padres made the playoffs, right?
