In this episode, we are going to start paying attention to where you breath is coming from. Are you a mouth breather or a chest breather? Do you engage your diaphragm? Today, we will follow the breath and be curious about what breathing looks like for you. Please make sure you are seated or standing somewhere that is safe and comfortable.
