His agenda is completely toxic with voters. And most swing seat Republicans are doing everything they can to pretend he's not a factor in this year's midterm, some even just completely backing away from him altogether. But Trump does have one thing that could really, really help Republicans this cycle lots and lots of money. The main Trump Alliance Super PAC is reportedly sitting on over $400 million. And Republicans have practically been begging Donald Trump on Fox News and other shows on television to spend that money on their races to help them get re-elected.
Well, I have some good news for those Republicans, or should I call it, it's kind of mixed news. Because today an arm of that Trump aligned super pack finally released their first ad of the cycle, and it's going to remind voters exactly what this election is all about.

met, and nothing was gonna stop him from fighting so hard for the country he loves.

He has also chosen to hold a big old midterm convention in the battleground state of Texas, where Republican candidates can pull themselves off the campaign trail where they're actually talking to voters, haul their tails to Texas, which is not close to it's close to some swing districts, but not a lot of them, and appear enthusiastically clapping for Trump on camera just before they have to face voters. It's an event that has appropriately been dubbed Trump a Palooza. And in another bold and unroth an unorthodox move about this particular event, especially given his super PAC is sitting on four hundred million dollars, Trump is having candidates pay for the privilege of hauling themselves off the campaign trail, getting themselves to Texas to attend this event.
According to Puck, it costs anywhere from twenty-five thousand dollars to a hundred thousand dollars just for a member of Congress to attend the event. Though that does come with a hotel room and a plus one. What a steal, everyone. I can't think of a better way for embattled Republican candidates to spend their precious campaign resources right before an election. Can you? And guess what? Trump wisely chose to host this big Trumpapalooza event on the same night as the NFL's season opening games. Another brilliant idea, Mr President. Some might even call it three-dimensional chest. We just don't even understand it.
