Multiple outlets, including Sky News and the ABC, are projecting the seat will be claimed by David Farley, who's just spoken to a sea of supporters in Albury.

Smaller booths earlier in the evening showed a strong swing away from the Coalition towards One Nation, with independent Michelle Millthorpe securing sizeable support, but not quite enough to secure the result. Just after 8pm, Farley secured just under 59% of that two-candidate preferred vote against Michelle Millthorpe.
