In this episode, I discuss why you shouldn’t wait until it’s too late to make a career move.I want you to have choices…I see too many people waiting for the ‘right time’ to make a career move. And let me share with you – there is never a right time… only now.If this is you, I would imagine it will take something big to be the catalyst for your change, perhaps redundancy or restructuring within your organisation.The problem is, if you wait until then, there will be such a sense of urgency to you making a move that you’re not going to have the head space to consider what is going to be the best move for you.You’ll end up looking for a role similar to what you’re doing already, something that’s easy for you to transition into, because you just need to find something.The decision you make will be very different from the decision you’d make if you felt like you had time and options.If you’re in a role now and you know you’re not happy, I encourage you to start taking action now.There’s a whole process that needs to happen to take control of your career.
