In this episode I discuss how to be more confident in your career change decisions. All too often I see people waiting… and waiting… until they have a clear idea about what it is they want to do before they take any action. How can you approach this in a way that’s going to keep you moving forward, rather than staying stuck? I want you to have confidence! If you've been trying to figure out your next move for ages, going around in circles, asking yourself, friends or colleagues what you should do next; the missing piece of the puzzle is within grasp. I want to encourage you to ask, ‘What do I need in order for me to feel happy and fulfilled in a role?’, rather than ‘What is the next role that I'm going to go for?’. You made some decisions to get to the place you are now. Just because you are no longer happy with the results of your decisions, does not mean that you will make the same mistake again.
